Dean Winchester He was Dean, of course he wasn't gonna listen. He figured if push came to shove, he could put up a decent fight and at the very least not die. And there was no way he was gonna listen to that tone of voice. "Fawnpelt no last name! Mind your language young lady!" Dean shot back, mocking her tone of voice and continued padding on. Hey maybe he'd find them a place to sleep and they'd thank him later. Sam Winchester He was relieved that they didn't fight, the last thing they needed was to have injuries to treat- before they even had things like food or water. Nope, he thought Fawn was forgetting a few things. However, Fambi then addressed him and he raised an eyebrow. "Well we should find things like food, water, and a place to set up base before we have possible injuries to deal with that could of been avoided." Sam pointed out, gently pressing his nose to just behind her ear partly to comfort her, partly to allow himself to familiarize with her canine scent in a canine form- and he had to say she smelled good too.

Fawnpelt Can you see my scars?
Fawnpelt rolled her eyes. "Another reason I need to teach you guys. Hunting." She muttered. He pressed her nose to her and she shivered slightly. But then Dean spoke. Her eyes slowly turned towards him before she whipped her head around. Did he just call her 'young lady'? How dare he! She tensed, hackles raising as she leaned back a bit, preparing to charge the older brother. She growled lowly. Then she sprung, charging after Dean with a bark. "Dean! You're dead!" She shouted at him before leaping at him once in range, aiming to tackle him to the ground.

Sam Winchester Oh this wasn't going to be good. It seemed to happen to fast to, and before he could say "wendigo" Fawn leapt at Dean. "Fawn no!" Sam barked, a dread rising in his throat. He darted forwards to try and intercept the blow or slow her down, and hopefully Dean would be able to get out of the way in time. They didn't need to fight, not now.

Aaand her blow was interrupted by Sam. Instead of tackling Dean, she smacked into a giant wall of FLUFF. She bounced back and glared at Sam, bouncing from paw to paw. "Let me at him! He clearly needs to see who's Alpha around here!" She barked at him before attempting to move past him.

Dean Winchester The scramble of paws and a bark from Fawn, he turned his head around just in time to see Sam intercept the blow. Dean turned around fully and narrowed his eyes. Oh he hit a nerve. Oh he needed to see who's alpha? "Well if anyone's the so-called "alpha" its me. Someone needs to keep your pretty little self in line and not go around and start fights." the make said with a small growl edging in his throat. Now he was prepared for an attack, his ears pricked for a bark from Fawn from behind Sam. Sam Winchester The force of his girlfriend caused him to stagger briefly, but he had plenty of practice regaining his balance and did so relatively quickly. Of course she wanted to go at him, he had insulted her in a way after all. yes, Fawn was his Fambi, but even she had her boundaries. Attacking his brother was not ok. [/b]"No, we aren't going to fight right now."[/b] Sam said firmly, hoping that the shepherd would listen.

Fawn glared at him with a fire that wouldn't go out. She stepped back. "Move, Sam. And let me show him who's boss!" She snapped at him angirly. "And you ain't no Alpha!" She called to Dean. Sam didn't move, and this only made her madder. She rose to her full height, still not reaching him. She snarled at Sam, like she did when she was locked up, baring her teeth. A slight pricking pain and beige appendages sprouted from her sides, accompanied by a flapping sound. The wings rose over her head, towering over even Sam as she snarled at him. "MOVE." She commanded, wings spread fully and ready for use.

Sam Winchester Naturally she wanted to fight. But he couldn't let her. There was no way he was gonna let her attack Dean. There was a moment of tension, a tension so thick you could probably cut it with scissors. And then she sprouted freaking wings. He had seen a lot of crazy things. He had stopped the apocalypse. He had experienced first hand the effects of demon blood. He had had hallucinations of satan singing. He had seen a broken angel. But being changed into a dog and then his girlfriend sprouted wings. Ok that was the quota of crazy for the day. They were huge and beautiful, and even bigger than him. However, Sam wouldn't let that intimidate him. For the moment, he was captivated by their beauty, unphased by Fawn's command. "They're beautiful." he breathed, his eyes trailing over the lengths of the amazing feathered appendages.

'They're beautiful.' The words punched her in the gut and she physically buckled for a second. Castiel. Where was her bonded side, the side that had helped her fly? Images of crashing hit her mind and she squeezed her eyes shut. She had almost died then, had it not been for Cas. He had saved her and told her she was okay. He had told her that her plain wongs were beautiful. She missed those days. This time she would respond to this trigger with rage. She opened her eyes and glared at Sam. "Dont you ever, say that again." She threatened as they folded against her sides. She turned away, glaring at the appendages. "They're hideous."

Sam Winchester Oh no, had he said something wrong? She didn't seem to react well at all, almost collapsing to the ground. The concern and confusion could instantly be seen in his eyes. He had complimented her, why didn't she like it? It was almost as if she punched him, the feeling he got. That showed in his eyes as well, it seemed as if dog eyes were more expressive than humans. Sam would bend his head down to be level with Fawnpelt's head, attempting to make eye contact. "Why do you think that?" he asked, not knowing just how much of a touchy subject this was for her.

Fawnpelt wouldn't make eye contact, only glared at her wings. "They are my downfall and the cause of many things. They ugly and awful." She replied. She was ready to just reach around and rip the wings right off of her sides, leave them for birds. She hated them with a passion.

Sam Winchester Sam definitely wasn't usually like this, not at all. But somebody needed to talk to her positively about her wings, that she seemed to of had before as well. "But think of all the good they could be." Sam persisted, ignoring the dirty look from Dean he got.

Fawn whipped her head around, coming nose to nose with him. "They're worse than death. They are nothing but a bad luck omen sent to make me suffer physically." She snapped at him. She turned tail and started walking off, searching for something.
Poor Alula has been forgotten as she stared pitifully at Sam, Fawn, and Dean.

Dean Winchester Huh. Normally a compliment like that worked like a charm on the ladies. Dean's form relaxed, but there was no way he was ever gonna let go of the fact that Sam managed to piss fawn off by complimenting her. Never. Sam Winchester Something had went wrong, something had went terribly wrong. Her words came to his ears and he decided it was better to let her walk off, instead of call her back. She would come back, she just needed a bit of space for now. But he couldn't shake the feeling that he had done something terribly wrong.

Alula bounced over to Sam, seeing as Dean didn't seem to want attention from anybody. She watched Fawn before looking up at the giant fluffy monster. "I dont think she should wander off on her own like that... but also don't think Dean should be acting like this." She spoke her mind. Usually Dean wouldn't mind her too much if she stood near him. She was usually quiet so she didn't annoy him too badly. But it seemed he had a change of heart and wanted nothing to do with the gimpy pup. She looked at her still wounded shoulder, unsure as to why it hurt even in this world.

Normally Dean didn't mind Alula standing next to him. But now she was a dog. Sam was a dog. He was a dog. Things were a lot different and he didn't like it one bit. Once he adjusted and got over his fear of dogs, then things would be different. Sam however loved dogs and didn't mind the pup bounding up to him. "Just give them some time, they'll be fine." Sam told the girl, deciding to take her under his metaphorical wing until Dean got used to the changes and/or they found a way to get back to their human form.
