Pebble's life was pretty complicated. Ever since she started hanging around the winchesters she had felt lonely. They didn't trust her. Not that she could blame them. Her father... well... he wasn't exactly on good terms with them. It hurt. It stung badly to a child. Yet, they failed to see that. On this night, she had slipped out to sit just outside the bunker, gazing up at the dark sky. There was hardly any stars or moon tonight... just dark open sky. It was slightly concerning. Not too much. She was joined by a familiar canine who flopped down beside her, laying his large head on her lap. Kishan. The hell hound wasn't like most others. Will others had little fur and an aurora around them, Kishan didn't. Others had a Pitt bull apperance. Not him. He was more like a giant German shepherd. Infact, that's what he was. He had full hair, a German Shepherd apperance and attitude. A black German Shepherd she should mention. His eyes were a deep crimson along with his fabric collar. Yes. He was perfect for her. She stroked the large dog with on hand, leaning on him lazily as the two sat - well, Kishan was laying-, gazing at the stars. In her hand she played with a black feather, a blue tint to it. She knew who it belonged too. And since it was detached, it was viable to mortals.

Sam for one was unaware of Pebble's hurt feelings. It was just one of those things he didn't think much about, so he didn't realize. He couldn't say he was totally comfortable with her around, considering his past with Luci and the fact that there was a hellhound just casually hanging around. Pebble exiting the bunker wouldn't go unnoticed, though at first he hadn't known it was just pebble- that is what he would find out after getting out of bed, after telling fawn he was just going to check on something. She probably just went back to sleep, but she might be laying awake and awaiting for his return. So, all senses alert, he searched through the bunker with his gun ready so that if the noise was something dangerous, he'd be ready. However, the trail lead him to a totally different creature- Lucifer's daughter. She had proved already that she didn't want to hurt them and wasn't going to, proved what she had said about her hellhound being nice. But he couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. He didn't know why he just did, like with fawn shifting forms. Sam tucked his gun away, about to turn around and go back in the bunker and leave her to do her own thing when he noticed something. She seemed sad. She was possessing the body of a 12 year old but he didn't know how old she actually was, she still had to be young. And that was when Sam realized that they really hadn't paid much attention to her, that that couldn't effect her well. When he was in school he was mostly ignored except for bullies, and what few friends he made he had to leave behind. He had hated that, he always felt so lonely. Maybe she was feeling something similar here, and it couldn't be good for her. And being the sweetheart moose Sam was he wanted to do something about that. So instead of turning around and going back to bed, he decided to go check on Pebble. Judging by the position of her hand, her hellhound was probably also there. "Hey." Sam started, brushing his hair back. He awaited a reply, a simple hello or something, before saying "Everything alright?" he asked, sitting down besides the young girl and trying to make it seem like he was 100% comfortable. He just couldn't shake the feeling, but Sam would try to help. That's what he did after all, help people. Right?

Kishan's ears would perk slightly and Pebble wouldn't even move as Sam entered the scene. He spoke, something he never did directly to her. "Hi." Her voice was faint, quiet, as if she was unsure about his sudden actions. He sat beside her and she lifted her hand slightly off of Kishan's large black head. She snapped her fingers, enabling him the ability to see the large, black, German Shepherd like hellhound. Kishan was watching Sam with wide, curious eyes, something, that if Sam would pay attention, Fawn did if he was doing something, like making food. It was a dog thing; begging, as some would call it. Kishan didn't do it to beg; Pebble always gave him some of her food but, Kishan did it to say he liked somebody. Good sign for Sam. Pebble looked at him too, brown eyes wide. "Yeah." She would lie. "I'm just... tired." A habit of words that would always trail from her mouth when she was hurt. She flinched, recalling if she was tired, she would be in bed. "No... I just... ah I'm fine." She sighed in defeat. She noted something. "Don't lie. You're uncomfortable and I know it. It's fine... since you know, I'm the big bad scary killer daughter of Lucifer!" Her voice had switched from stoic to extremely annoyed. She didn't judge Alula by her father and uncle; why did they judge her by her father? Why couldn't the judge her by her uncle? She looked at the black and blue tinted feather, removing her hand from Kishan's head to draw two fingers across the soft flight feathers. The next thing she said, was definitely an angel thing. "I can hear every little thing you mortals do. In your minds, atleast. Some things are pretty scary... and you call me the monster. If you could see half the things that go through your niece's head... heh. You wouldn't judge me so much." She muttered, changing the subject from her. "She prays, you know? I mean, you're not one of my uncles or aunts or any type of angel, since you can't hear them but she does. Lots of people pray; Dean prays every once in a while." Being an archangel, well, she could hear cries for help through prays. She casted her gaze to the starry sky. "A thousand prayers are being sent right now, them asking for help from a God that will never come." She muttered.

Pebble snapped her fingers, and suddenly he could see the hellhound. Naturally, that instinct to kill it that had been drilled into him ever since he was a child immediately rushed through him and he visibly jumped at being able to see Kishan. Though logic and sense got to him and he didn't whip out a knife or anything, the look on his face got to him too. Fawn did that sometimes, those big wide eyes and the curious look, as if she wanted to know what he was doing, maybe to ask for some food if he had any. Honestly Sam never thought he'd see a peaceful hellhound, or even a hellhound up on earth that wasn't out to collect a soul from a contract. It put the dogs in a new light, well Kishan at least. He would look back at the hellhound, noticing that he was... Different. Huge yes, but not hell bent on killing things. A gentle giant, kind of like him. Then she spoke, faltered a bit, and claimed she was fine. Sam was about to say something but she continued, and with those words spoken he had to look away. Sam took a moment to process her words, ashamed at himself. He didn't mean to judge her, didn't mean to put her in a bad light, it just kind of happened. Maybe it was the similarities between her and Lucifer, maybe it was the way they had first met. Whatever it was he didn't like it, she spoke again.
Her words at first got him defensive for Alula, the one who was spoken about. She went on, and he managed to settle down. He prayed sometimes too, probably more often than Dean, but did she hear those too? He had to wonder if it ever got annoying to hear all those prayers, but then his mind went back to the situation at hand. She was probably lonely up here, he realized. Her family wasn't here, she didn't have friends, she had been judged for who her father was, it couldn't be good. Sam looked down at the ground for a moment before looking over to Pebble and saying "I didn't mean to judge you, it's just that, well... your Dad and I don't have the best past, as you probably know." he said, breaking off with a small chuckle. She probably already knew all of this with her archangel stuff, but Sam didn't realize that right now. "Sometimes I can't help but see bits of Lucifer in you. The way you act, the way you talk, even in the little things, and that just kind of puts me on edge, you know?" Sam continued, breaking off again as he looked for words. After a moment he found them. "I'm sorry." he said quietly, looking down at the ground for a second, then to Kishan, all before looking back to Pebble. "I shouldn't judge you like that, and, from now on I'll try to be better about it. It's just hard, I just never thought that the devil would have kids, never mind them choose to stay here." Sam finished, trying to keep his gaze steady as he waited for Pebble to reply. Hopefully he didn't screw up.

Pebble would only allow her head to drop, nodding briefly. She looked at him again, sadness hidden in her eyes. "He's not a bad person... he never was. He only meant good." She muttered. "He got jealous of you mortals... it tainted him... blinded him from seeing right from wrong." She added, nervously looking around. "He cares, he really does. If he was out of that cage, I wouldn't be sitting here. He loves us. We all go to the cage and talk to him, me the most I have decided. He enjoys our company..." her voice trailed off. "if only you could meet him now." She muttered. "I mean without him, I wouldn't have gotten Kishan here." She tried to lighten the tone a bit. Kishan lifted his head off of her lap at his name. Finding it was nothing, and since his head was up, he stretched his neck out across her lap to sniff gently at Sam.

After his past with Lucifer, no matter how much he was trying to believe her, he just couldn't. Him, only wanting to do good? Him, really caring? Sam was pretty sure he didn't want to meet Lucifer again, meeting his daughter would be good enough for him. There was just too much to simply forgive him for everything that had happened, even though pebble seemed so convincing, convinced that what she was saying was true. Sam let out a soft sigh, and noticed that kishan started to sniff him. Were hellhounds anything like dogs other than in appearance? Well it couldn't hurt to find out. So Sam would reach his hand forwards a bit, allowing Kishan to sniff it but was mentally prepared were he to bite it or anything along those lines. Even if Sam was trying to make amends, there was no such thing as too careful, and no matter the appearance of something, it would have to prove itself to gain Sam's trust. It was too easy to betray someone, so trust was something that was earned, not freely given. Of course the fact that Kishan was a hellhound, and a big one at that, made Sam biased on how easy it was to get his trust, but Kishan would get there. Eventually.

The large dog wagged his tail and extended a salmon tongue, licking his hand. He would then lay halfway on Pebble, causing her to grunt and shoft. "He likes you." She spoke calmly and quietly, running her fingers through his warm fur. "You can pet him if you like, he's not going to bite unless I say so." She added, looking at Sam with love and pride for her dog.

Having an actual conversation with the daughter of lucifer, seeing a hellhound with his own eyes and not through glasses, getting licked by the hellhound, learning that the same hellhound was find of you. Yes that was enough weird for one night. He pulled his hand back, offering her a smile before saying "I'll pass." they sat there for a moment, until Sam then said "Well think I'll be going to go back to bed, you should too, uh if you sleep." Sam said. He knew that she was half archangel half human, but didn't know if she needed to sleep because she was half human or if the half archangel took away that need. Huh. He would wait for her reply before doing anything else though, it'd be rude for him to just walk off.

Pebble shook her head. "I'll follow later... I'm going to stay out here a while longer." She muttered. She loved sleep, this was true, but she wanted to be out here for the time being. She sighed heavily, brown gaze looking up st the milkyway. Somewhere in this universe was her family. She didn't know where, but they were there. She'd find them.

Fair enough. He gave her a small nod, before getting up and walking back towards the bunker. Well that was a weird moment, he learned a lot though. Next time he saw Kishan or knew the hellhound was around he'd be more comfortable, and the same could be said for with Pebble too. Even though he couldn't help but be uncomfortable around Pebble he'd try, it'd take a while but he was going to make an honest effort to try. Why shouldn't he? It's not like she had done anything wrong.
