Sam had been flirting with her and she knew it. Dropping not-so-subtle hints, making not-so-casual compliments, even making a not-so-accidental touches. And it was driving her up the wall, in a good way. It had taken her a good two weeks or so to adjust back to a normal life, and once he had picked up that she was comfortable, the flirting had started.
Sam was researching for a case it seemed. Madison of course was curious so she would slide into the chair next to him at the table. "What are you doing on that silly laptop of yours now?" She asked, leaning forwards to study the screen. And of course she didn't understand it. Something about a person who had died tragically. Huh. "Uh nothing much, just a little something for a case" he replied, deciding not to go into detail. "Last I checked 'a little something' didn't take five hours Sam" she replied in a rather bored tone. "All you ever do is sit on your laptop and research" she complained. Of course that wasn't true, but he did spend quite a bit on his laptop researching. "I know, but it's important Maddie, people's lives could be at stake here, and I need to find out who." Sam replied, lifting a hand from his laptop keyboard to brush a strand of nonexistent hair out of her face before smiling at her and returning his hand to where it was. She smiled back, and would remain quiet for a while, deciding to let him do his research without interrupting him.
So, nearly three weeks into her time at the bunker, she would make her move.
She ignored Fawn's glare cast her way earlier, her focuses on Sam. She found him in the hallways walking towards the kitchen to do who knew what. "Hey Maddie." he greeted, stopping in front of her and not being shy about standing close to her. She returned the greeting happily. "So you going to do more research?" Mad teased, causing a smile to rise on both of their faces. "No actually." Sam said. "I may of been looking for a certain someone." he continued, his smile gaining a flirtatious edge. Madison got a confident feeling, something that wouldn't be good for fawn. She easily picked up on his flirting, and with that she would shift her gaze from his eyes to his lips for a moment, then back to his eyes. Sam's only warning before she reached out and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt, pulling him forwards rather roughly and claimed his lips on hers. A fancy way of saying she kissed him. Sam let out a breath of surprise, but would happily return the kiss and would wrap his arms around her, pulling her closer to deepen the kiss. She removed her hands from his shirt, happy her move had worked and would move them to his hair, tangling them in it. There was plenty of hair for her to do so. Madison would keep this for as long as she could until she needed oxygen, and would pull away but kept the man in front of her "hostage" and keep him so that she could rest her forehead on his. "I missed those lips of yours Sammy." she said. "Oh really?" would be Sam's response. "Yeah, I did. You've got years of missed time to catch up on." he would raise an eyebrow, but wouldn't complain. "I do." he replied, and before Madison could reply he would crash his lips back on hers, melding his lips with hers and moving his hands to her back instead of wrapped around her, happily pressing her into him. Madison was silently celebrating her success and messing around with his hair, her hands enjoying that lion's mane he had and allowing herself to be pushed into the wall. These were the lips she had missed out on in purgatory, but these were also the lips she planned on making the most of as they danced across hers like a wildfire for however long they chose. Happily tangled up in each other's arms and made out against the walls of the bunker wall, hoping that no one stumbled across them in their act.
