Ever since she had killed Madds, Pebble had remained quiet. She had been normal, for the first few days. Enough to greet her dad. Now, she was ajgry, insane. Her hair was messy, greasy, her eyes constantly glowing a light ember, and she sat, knees pulled to her chest on the bed, staring at the blade that had killed her sister. She often heard her sister whisper to her, causing her to go even more insane. She rocked herself, feathers falling into the bed. Her wings weren't normal. Black, vein like tattoos pulsed on her silver wings. And when I say pulsed, I meant pulsed. They were slightly burnt at the edges and they were incredibly messy, useless. Whenever she tried to use them, she would always gasp in pain. And that taste. She had a weird taste in her mouth. Sometimes it was strong, as if she sucked on her foot all night. Other times she couldn't taste it. And if she even thought about standing, she'd feel weak. What was happening to her? It wasn't her vessel. It was her herself. It was her, driven up the wall by the death of Madds.
She didn't want to become her father.

The recent changes hadn't gone unnoticed by Lucifer, and he knew that some sort of talk was due. No he wasn't the best at this, but he was definitly better than he had been, say before he had any sort of life like this. He too was upset with the death of his child, but he had known enough pain in the years past to know how to push it deep down so it wouldn't show, not directly at least. He wasn't quite sure how to even address the situation, this would be the first true pain he had felt that he would have someone to talk to about it. A wound like this would be incredibly hard to heal, the phycological factor definitely couldn't be mojo-ed to fix. So the male decided to instead of teleporting in, knock on the door. It would be more polite and probably more preferable to a teenaged person/archangel hybrid. "Pebble? It's Lucifer." he spoke, deciding to say it even if she probably could sense that it was him anyways. He wanted to try and help if he could.

Gavin was worried about his girlfriend. He went out for a hunt and when he came back Madds was dead. Ryan didn't take that too well, imediately going back out. Then day by day Pebble secluded herself, let herself go. So Gavin was heading for her room, a small basket on his arms. He planned to try and get her out, even if it was just outside the bunkers door, and have a small picnic.
What he did not expect to see was her father standing at her door. He paused momentarily before walking over to stand beside him. Gavin wasn't afraid of the male, far from it. But he still had a healthy respect for the king of hell.
"Hey Pebble? It's me, Gavin. Are you okay love?" He asked softly, shoting the basket slightly.

What're you doing Pebble? You killed your sibling... you'll kill them eventually. An unknown voice mocked her. She forced herself to take on a relaxed position despite being far from that. She used her hand to use her powers. It took a few seconds but eventually the door opened and her hand dropped. Her wings dropped ad well, the pain of holding them up too strong as they lay, covering almost the entire bed. Her ember eyed glanced at Lucifer before settling on Gavin. Her boyfriend. She gave a weak smile.

Gavin couldn't see Pebble's wings, being a 'mortal' and all. But Gavin could see the pain in her eyes. Gavin walked in, brushing past Lucifer and set the basket down on the floor by the door before pulling Pebble into a hug. He might not know exactly what she was going through, but he'd been through enough shit to know she needed a hug and support.
"Hey. How are you, and don't say fine poppet." He asked, picnic forgotten.

Her ember eyes widening at the sudden gesture, she tensed. The sudden movement caused her to gasp in pain and she herded away, the pulsing black veins reaching her arms. She pulled her sleeves down, turning away from him. "Then I won't say anything." Her voice was deeper, sounded a little glitchy. She was surprised he self with that and cleared her throat.

Gavin flinched slightly as pebble moved away with a gasp of pain. Her voice. It sounded, wrong....
"Pebble, what's happening to you? You're changing..." Gavin said. All he wanted to do was help her. He couldn't do that without anymore information.

He'll use you. That voice. Who are you? A friend. Pebble shook her head. "I don't know Gavin." It was deep, glitch still, as if it was echoing. It was the regular sounding demon, not the demons she dealt with. That's what she tight it sounded like. She didnt know. Either way, she didn't understand what was happening and honestly wanted to be left alone.

"i'm always here for you, I promise Pebble..." Gavin said softly before looking down at the basket.
"Oh! I came by to ask if you wanted to go on a picnic love." He said picking up the basket

Lucifer forgotten, Pebble glanced at her boyfriend. Boyfriend? You mean victim friend Pebble's eyes flashed a new color, quite quickly, bright, neon green before returning to orange. She nodded. "Sure." She mumbled.

Gavin offered her a bright smile.
"Wonderful poppet! Come with me love!" Gavin said with a bit of excitement and held out his hand.
